By using the pest control services provided by Pesmite (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“customer” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement
- We provide pest control services as per the scope agreed during booking or service consultation.
- Services are provided at the address specified by the customer.
- The customer must ensure access to the property on the scheduled date and time.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Service Limitations
- Our treatments target specific pests as agreed. Any additional issues found during the visit may require separate treatment and charges.
- Complete elimination may require multiple visits depending on the severity of infestation.
- We are not responsible for any pest activity occurring due to lack of proper maintenance or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and the pest issue.
- Follow all safety and aftercare instructions given by our technicians.
- Keep pets and children away from treated areas for the recommended time.
- Cooperate with any required preparations before the visit (e.g., cleaning, moving furniture).
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices will be shared during consultation or at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments via cash, card, or online methods.
6. Guarantees and Follow-ups
- Certain services may include a limited warranty period, which will be mentioned in your invoice or agreement.
- Follow-up visits under warranty are free if the pest problem persists within the guaranteed period.
- Warranty is void if the customer fails to follow the technician’s advice or causes re-infestation through negligence.
7. Liability
While we take all precautions, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damage.
- Any damages arising from the use or misuse of pest control products by the customer.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Health & Safety
- All treatments are carried out using approved and safe chemicals.
- Customers must notify us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivity to chemicals.
- We are not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in case of abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or breach of terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on our website or provided directly to customers.
